if you want to put vous before the verb, it’s better to say “vous allez bien?” with an interrogative tone.
I know it’s confusing, there’s no particular grammar rule here. It’s just a matter of, what sounds right and what doesn’t.

‘comment vous allez’ sounds weird and a little familiar. the fact that the subject ‘vous’ is placed before the verb makes it sound familiar, but at the same time ‘vous’ is typically formal. so the whole thing is just weird.

can I say “comment vous allez” too? Technically it is correct I believe, but would it be weird in an everyday context? I have trouble putting sentences in a formal way e.g. allez-vous instead of vous allez.
