I thought it was hilarious when my French host sister and her friends tried to speak English. They asked me to sing a song in English and couldn’t understand any of what I had said. I think the most difficult part of learning a language then is just the accent.

I tried numerous times to learn French but i found it so difficult. I was then recommended the Michel Thomas French Foundation range which i purchased from Amazon.
It was so easy to learn French as there is no memorisation or homework. Just pure listening and repeating. Now, i can’t wait to revisit france to practice my French.

from a linguistic POV, all languages are equally complex/easy/hard and take about the same amount of time to learn from when you first start to acquire language.
