How do you learn french for an oral exam?

I’ve got a french speaking exam in about three weeks and I need some tips on how to learn a presentation and the answers to 30 questions in french. I think my teacher made us start learning a little too late. Any ideas on how to learn it quicker??
My advice would be to try and learn one answer at a time. Try reading it, then writing it a few times, once you have done that turn the paper over and try and speak it. Just keep doing that till you know it all. It’s hard i know. I hated French speaking at school.
